Eric
Schulman
has been investing in the in-town Atlanta real estate market
since 1992 which began out of a passion for renovating homes.
He began his career in real estate by buying, renovating
and selling homes. He left his full-time job in medical
sales in 2000 to begin buying and managing apartment buildings
and in 2005, managed a condo conversion of one of these
buildings in Grant Park. He is currently managing a townhouse
development in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Decatur - www.oakhurstplacetownhomes.com.
In November, 2007, Eric saw a growing opportunity to purchase
homes in south Dekalb County at reasonable prices. He also
saw a steady supply of renters looking for renovated, affordable
housing in convenient, in-town neighborhoods. Through Mid-City
Management, Inc., he is able to provide affordable, convenient
homes while doing what he loves – buying, renovating
and renting houses. |
