Mid-City
Management, Inc. is currently partnering with
individuals to purchase, renovate and rent single family
homes. We are purchasing homes at very reasonable prices
with a focus on stable, in-town neighborhoods with a high
probability of future appreciation. We have found a high
level of interest from investors wanting to diversify their
investments or invest in the local Atlanta community but
who do not want to manage the details of owning rental property.

- Locating
properties to purchase both for short term rental and
long term value.
- Property
management to include maximizing rental income with
stable, long term tenants. Many of our current renters
are interested in becoming future home owners.
- We
maintain all financial records and can provide monthly,
quarterly and/or yearly statements.
- Obtaining
financing today can be complicated. We are familiar
with the current issues in the banking and lending industries
and can help facilitate this process.
- Acting
as local liaison in the purchase and funding of properties
for out of town investors.
