Residents
Monthly rent payments can be mailed to Mid-City Management,
Inc. or paid in cash at any Moneygram outlet. A convenient
Moneygram outlet is located in the Walmart at the corner
of Memorial and Columbia Drive.
Using the "MoneyGram"
ExpressPayment form (blue stripe at the top,) enter the
RECEIVE CODE for Mid-City Management, Inc. – 6934 and
your first and last name as the "Account Number."
The payment will be transferred to Mid-City Management within
24 hours. Please make sure you fill out the rest of the
information requested on the form. Payment must be made
before midnight on the 5th of the month for the payment
to be on time.
There is a $7.50 fee for this service which will eliminate
the need to buy and mail a money order. If you make six
timely payments in a row, you will receive a $50 gift certificate
from Walmart.

You
will receive a receipt for your payment and Mid-City Management,
Inc. will receive a notice that the payment was made.

Prospective Residents
If you are interesting in renting a house, please use
the following rental application. The application must
be submitted with $40 in certified funds – check
or money order – for a credit check.
